Our friendly team has over 14 years experience with Jumpking trampolines and can help you with deciding on a new purchase or providing information on your old Jumpking or Bazoongi product. We are owned by the manufacturers of Jumpking , YJ Europe Ltd and have full records of all past and present Jumpking, Bazoongi and Telstar products. We can normally replace parts or provide you with an alternative should they no longer be in production.
We also supply to a number of online re sellers in the UK and Europe, so can provide information on their stock availability should we not be able to help directly.

Dispatch: UK Delivery of trampolines is normally FREE and will be delivered on a next day basis. Smaller items incur an extra charge of £6.99 these are sent on a 3 working day service. Please visit our FAQ link below for further details on deliveries and charges.
Returns: We are sure you will be happy with your Jumpking or Bazoongi Product, but if you do need to return it within 30 days, please contact Jumpking customer services on 01473 747792 and we will arrange this for you.
